Looking back at the arduous journey of Bailian Chemical's new project from planning to completion, every step would not have been possible without everyone's perseverance and striving – it is the persistence of the R&D team in tackling challenges day and night in the laboratory, the rigor of the production department in strictly upholding quality standards, and above all, the silent support of the logistics and support team. This cohesive strength of "a hundred hearts united as one" has long become a gene deeply rooted in the core of our company.

　　The chemical industry has never been a "no-effort success" track. The wave of technological iteration and the challenges of market competition constantly remind us: only innovators move forward, and only doers grow stronger. In the future, as the leader guiding the company forward, I will continue to lead all of us to prioritize "building the enterprise with technology", dare to invest and make breakthroughs, so that our factory's technology can gain a firm foothold in the chemical field.
